The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, who also thrives in office and operational management. You’ll drive hiring across Vietnam, Thailand, and possibly other regions while helping to run the Vietnam office seamlessly day-to-day.
This position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
What You’ll Do
Lead full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, closing).
Build pipelines for technical + business roles across Vietnam and Thailand.
Assist with the management of daily office operations, vendors, and compliance.
Support HR activities, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
What We’re Looking For
Proven recruiting experience (tech industry preferred).
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Experience in office/operations management.
Proficiency in English & Vietnamese (Thai is a plus).
Thrives in fast-moving, multi-tasking environments.
